Linden has a rich legendary history, ancient authors such as Teophrastus, Pliny or Galen noting its medicinal properties, especially its peel and leaves; the flowers have only started to be used since the Middle Ages and today the linden infusion is one of the most popular drinks in our country.

Linden flowers of Tilia tomentosa Moench, Tilia cordata Miller, Tilia platyphyllos.
Internal use: Drink 2-3 cups of tea per day, for 2-4 weeks, or when needed.
External use: bathes. Add the infusion to the bath water.
Internal use: Add 1-2 sachets to 200 ml of boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes.
