It is said that doctor Boerhaave (XVII-XVIII centuries) did not pass by the elder without taking off his hat, so much he appreciated its qualities. In 1644, a 230-page treatise was dedicated to elder, and Pliny (1st century) records its medicinal use in ancient Rome.

Drink 2 – 3 cups of tea per day.
Preparation: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one teaspoon of herb and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes, then filter it.
Warnings: Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to this herb.
No known contraindications at the recommended doses.
