Administration Mode

Internal use: 3-5 drops of essential oil 3 times a day, mixed with a teaspoon of honey. In the case of diabetics, the administration is done on a piece of bread.
The oil is administered for 7 – 14 days. Treatment can be repeated after a 2-week break.
External use:
Inhalations: Add 3-4 drops of essential oil into a bowl with 1 liter of hot water. Inhale for 10-15 minutes, leaning over the bowl with your head covered with a towel.
Aromatherapy candle: Add 5-6 drops into the water bowl of the candle. Take care to ensure that the bowl does not run out of water as long as the candle is lit.
Massage: Mix 1-2 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of fatty oil (olives, grape seeds, etc). After the massage, the oil should not be removed by washing for 6-8 hours.
Bath: Place 5-7 drops of essential oil directly into the bath water or dilute it with about 2 teaspoons of fatty oil (such as sweet almonds, jojoba, cold-pressed sunflower oil or sesame oil) or even milk. If you add volatile oils to water too early, or to water that is too hot, a large part of it will evaporate. Take the bath for 15 – 20 minutes.
Warnings
Not recommended for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers and in case of hypersensitivity to rosemary.
Rosemary essential oil is always used diluted!
Avoid overdose, abuse and eye contact.
Store tightly closed, away from light, in a dry place and at room temperature.
