St. John\\\'s wort (Hyperici herba) 15%, lemon balm (Melissae herba), valerian root (Valerianae radix) 15%, hop cones (Lupuli strobuli), yellow sweet clover (Meliloti herba), marjoram (Majoranae herba), linden flowers (Tiliae flos), passiflora (Passiflorae herba) 5%, lavender flowers (Lavandulae flos).

Administration Mode

Drink 1-2 cups in the evening or when needed.
Duration of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
Treatment can be repeated after a one month break

Preparation: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one sachet and leave it covered for 10 minutes.
Warnings: Not recommended for children under 14 years, for hypotensive persons and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients.
