Common juniper fruits (Juniperus communis L., fam. Cupressaceae).

Mod Administrare

Drink 1-2 cups of tea per day.

Duration of treatment is 4 weeks maximum.

Preparation: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one teaspoon of ground and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes, then filter it.

Warnings: Not recommended in severe kidney problems and in case of hypersensitivity to this herb.

This tea is not recommended for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Prolonged use or overdose may affect the kidneys.
