Glossy buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula L., fam. Rhamnaceae).
Drink 1 cup of tea per day, in the evening, before bedtime.
The effect occurs 8 - 12 hours after administration.
Duration of treatment: 2 weeks.
Treatment can be repeated after a 2-week break.
Preparation: Boil one teaspoon of herb into 200 ml of water for 5 – 10 minutes, then filter it.
Contraindications: Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in case of intestinal obstruction and inflammation, for children under 12 years old and in case of hypersensitivity to this herb.
Warnings: In case of overdose it can cause gastrointestinal spasms and vomiting.
