Common knot grass (Polygoni avicularis herba), spiny restharrow root (Ononidis radix),  peppermint (Menthae herba), yarrow (Millefolii herba), chamomile flowers (Chamomillae flos).

Administration Mode

Drink 3 cups of tea per day.

Duration of a regular treatment is 2-3 months.

Preparation: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of plant mixture and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes, then filter it.
